Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SuccessFactors RCM modules including:
- Job Requisition
- Job Posting
- Candidate Application
- Interview Scheduling
- Offer Management
- Configure Recruiting templates, picklists, rules, permissions, and workflows.
- Support integration between RCM and other modules such as RCB (Recruiting Marketing), EC, Onboarding, and third-party ATS/Background Check solutions.
