Job Description -SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Experience: 7 Years (Mandatory)
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Responsibilities
- 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with strong end-to-end understanding of SuccessFactors architecture.
- Employee Central Professional Certification is mandatory; additional certifications in other SF modules are an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and Talent Management processes.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and leading data migration/data management activities in SuccessFactors.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay updated on current trends and technical advancements.
- Capable of independently delivering SuccessFactors solutions and guiding customers on SAP best practices.
- Good working knowledge across multiple SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud methodologies such as SAP Activate and Launch methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-visibility environment while identifying new opportunities.
- Must possess strong client management and stakeholder communication skills within the scope of the role.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering workshops, blueprint preparation, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Ability to guide clients in HR process design and advise on system configuration and design alternatives.
- Proven experience leading teams of consultants and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
- Minimum 4–5 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations, including projects in Middle East and India regions.
- Expertise in Employee Central, EC Time Off, and Timesheet functionalities.
- Strong hands-on experience in RBP, Data Models, Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Business Rules, Derivation Rules, Mass Uploads, Picklists, Custom Objects, Workflows, Employee Profile, Custom Portlets, Instance Sync, Reporting, and Global Assignment.
