Job Title : SAP S4Hana Service Functional Consultant
Experience : 5 to 12yrs
Location : Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management implementation and support projects.
- Configure and manage S/4HANA Service processes including:
- Service Notifications
- Service Orders
- In‑House Repair
- Service Contracts & Warranties
- Resource Planning and Scheduling
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.
- Handle integration of S/4HANA Service with:
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- FI/CO
- PM (Plant Maintenance) (as applicable)
- Configure pricing, billing, settlement, and revenue recognition for service processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical (ABAP) teams for enhancements.
- Support UAT, Cutover, Go‑Live, and post‑production support.
- Troubleshoot complex service‑related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide functional guidance, documentation, and end‑user training.
- Act as SME / Functional Lead for service-related business processes
