Role Description
This is a full time role for a SAP Senior Recruiter based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The SAP Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals, and supporting the hiring of skilled SAP professionals across various domains. The recruiter will also maintain a talent pipeline and ensure seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
An SAP Recruiter with 5 years of experience specializes in the end-to-end talent acquisition of SAP professionals (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SuccessFactors) across technical and functional domains. They possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, advanced sourcing via LinkedIn/job boards, and strong negotiation skills for contract (C2C) or permanent hiring.
Key Profile Components (5 Years Experience)
- Core Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Lifecycle: Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Niche Sourcing: Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and industry networks to find specialized SAP consultants.
- Technical Screening: Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to validate SAP skills, module expertise, and project experience.
- Relationship Management: Working with hiring managers and account managers to understand requirements and maintain a steady pipeline.
- Contracting & Compliance: Managing salary negotiations, rate negotiations for C2C, and understanding US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) or international hiring regulations.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, or remote environments.
