Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SP Consultant with strong retail domain expertise to support sales, pricing, promotions, and order-to-cash processes. The consultant will work closely with retail business teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP solutions that support store sales, pricing strategies, and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze retail sales and pricing processes including promotions, discounts, markdowns, and sales campaigns
• Configure and support SAP SP / SAP SD sales and pricing functionalities, including:
• Sales order processing
• Pricing procedures, condition records, and access sequences
• Discounts, rebates, and promotional pricing
• Support retail-specific sales scenarios, such as:
• Store sales and wholesale sales
• Intercompany and franchise sales
• Seasonal pricing and promotional campaigns
• Integrate SAP SP with:
• SAP MM (availability and procurement)
• SAP FICO (billing, revenue recognition, tax)
• SAP Retail / IS-Retail modules
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and AMS support
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements
• Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot pricing and sales-related issues in production environments
• Conduct user training and prepare process documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an SAP SP / SAP SD Consultant
• Strong expertise in pricing configuration (pricing procedures, condition types, discounts, taxes)
• Solid understanding of retail sales cycles and customer fulfillment
• Experience working in retail or consumer goods industry
• Integration experience with MM and FICO
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution is a strong plus
• Good communication and business-facing skills

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on exposure to:
• Retail promotions and markdown management
• Customer hierarchy and pricing agreements
• Rebates and incentive management
• Experience with SAP Retail / CAR / POS integration is an advantage
• Exposure to multi-store, multi-country retail environments
• Experience supporting high-volume sales transactions

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related discipline
• SAP SD / SP certification is an added advantage
