Job Title: SAP SD / O2C Consultant
Experience: 8 – 10 Years

Salary: Up to 24 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP SD / O2C Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business requirements while supporting and leading SD functional activities. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement SAP SD solutions aligned with commercial and Order-to-Cash processes.
Must-Have Skills Experience
- 8 – 10 years of experience in SAP SD / O2C
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation or rollout projects
- Experience working with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Experience working as SAP SD Lead or senior functional consultant
Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Good understanding of commercial processes and integration with Finance, Accounting, and Controlling
- Experience configuring SAP SD components such as:
- Document types
- Number ranges
- Pricing procedures
- Pricing conditions
- Return orders
- Rebilling processes
- Knowledge of BRFplus (Business Rules Framework Plus)
- Experience with RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) integration
Implementation & Project Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions
- Design and configure SAP SD modules based on business needs
- Participate in business blueprinting and solution design
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
- Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support defect fixing and key user training
- Implement business change requests based on current solutions
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good written and verbal English communication
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Experience in:
- Preparing testing scenarios
- User training and documentation
- ABAP debugging knowledge
- Experience participating in:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning activities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and functional areas
- Strong commitment, ownership, and team collaboration skills
