About the Opportunity A fast-scaling IT services firm operating at the intersection of enterprise ERP transformation and digital supply chain optimization, we empower global clients to modernize their SAP landscapes. Our consultants design, configure, and deploy end-to-end SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules that drive revenue automation, order-to-cash efficiency, and customer-centric fulfillment across manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors. Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP SD configuration for order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit control processes. Translate business requirements into functional designs, ensuring alignment with global SAP best practices and client-specific workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, WM) to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. Conduct user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization for client teams in Indian and offshore environments. Document functional specs, test cases, and process flows to maintain audit readiness and knowledge transfer. Support client workshops, gap analysis, and blueprinting for greenfield or brownfield SAP S/4HANA SD implementations.
