Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Contract Management, Intercompany Sales Processes, and Service/Project Billing scenarios. The ideal candidate should possess deep configuration knowledge in SAP SD and hands-on experience in implementing complex intercompany sales, returns management, stock transfer, and billing processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
The role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, configuring SAP solutions, supporting end-to-end business processes, and driving successful project implementations.
Must-Have Skills
- 6–8 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and support
- Deep understanding of Order Management and Contract Management processes
- Extensive experience in Intercompany Sales and Billing processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- Advanced Intercompany Sales with Valuated Stock in Transit
- Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer
- Sale from Central Stock
- Sale from Local Stock
- Intercompany Credit and Debit Memo Processing
- Lean Returns Processes
- Accelerated Returns Processes
- Returns from Local and Central Stock Scenarios
- Strong understanding of pricing, billing, delivery, and returns management
- Experience in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process implementation
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and production support
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS)
- Experience with SAP Service Management (SRV) processes
- Knowledge of:
- Fixed Price Billing
- Resource-Related Billing
- Intercompany Project Billing
- Service Order Billing
- Intercompany Cost Allocation
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Integration knowledge across SD, MM, FI, and PS modules
- Experience working in Agile project environments
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD solutions for sales, contracts, billing, and intercompany processes.
- Design and implement complex intercompany sales and stock transfer scenarios.
- Manage returns processing and reverse logistics business requirements.
- Support order management and contract lifecycle management processes.
- Configure pricing, billing, shipping, and delivery functionalities.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.
- Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user support activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Participate in project implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support engagements.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation for business processes and system changes.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- SAP Project Systems (PS) Certification (Preferred)
