Desired Role:
- Good communication and presentation skills – Fluency in English Language essential.
- Strong SAP experience with at least 3 implementations in projects, and overall, 4-5 assignments in SAP consulting.
- Strong domain experience of more than 3 years preferably in Product sales and customer service.
- Sound knowledge of business processes in relevant module area.
- Sound knowledge of SAP configuration activities, landscape, and technical debugging skills.
- Hands-on SAP SD configuration experience with focus on SD functionalities Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, Cross Selling, Out Put Control, Sales Documents, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account determination, Rebate Agreements and Partner Determination.
- Analyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs.
- Help develop necessary modifications/enhancements to address clients' needs.
- Able to understand the issues/tickets, get Root cause for the problem and categorize them into respective functions.
- Understand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issue. Understand the different SLA's and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of tickets. Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team.
- Ability to escalate the issues to the next level and keep users updated about the progress of the issue. Understands interfaces/batch jobs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree preferred.
- 6 to 15 years of relevant experience in SAP SD.
Skills Required
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others that impact success. Experience creating and delivering presentations on project related work to team members, management, and customers.
- Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers. Strong technical and customer-facing experience.
