Job Description
- Work on end-to-end SAP SD implementation and support projects in S/4HANA
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP SD processes as per business needs
- ntegration with MM, FI, WM/EWM
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution
- Provide production support and resolve tickets within SLA
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues
- Support data migration and cutover activities
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration
- Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects
- Strong support/project enhancement experience
- Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of OTC (Order to Cash) process
