🚀 Hiring: SAP SD Support Consultant | Remote (India)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Support Consultant to join our team and support global SAP SD operations.

📍 Location: Remote (India)

💼 Experience: 7–10+ Years

🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD professional with strong functional expertise and support experience. The role involves handling production support, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth execution of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process in a global delivery environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for SAP SD processes
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ticketing tools (Service Desk, FreshService, HPQC, ALM)
• Troubleshoot issues across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) cycle
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams
• Perform basic debugging and coordinate with technical teams
• Ensure SLA-based timely ticket resolution
• Support integrations with MM, FI/CO, PP modules

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Q2C / Sales Cycle
• Hands-on experience with support/ticketing tools
• Cross-module integration knowledge (MM, FI/CO, PP)
• Experience with:
• STO (Stock Transport Orders) & Direct Orders
• Inventory Management & basic WM processes
• BOM integration with PP
• Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, ATP
• Exposure to Output Management & LSMW
• Understanding of RICEFW objects
• Basic ABAP debugging skills
• Knowledge of SAP Security & Basis activities

🔹 Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication & stakeholder management
• Experience working in offshore/onshore models
