#Hiring: SAP Scrum Master (S/4HANA Programs)
Location: Chennai (Work From Office – Home Depot Office)
Experience: 10–12 Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across large-scale SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration programs.
Role Overview:
As an SAP Scrum Master, you will drive Agile execution across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and global teams while following SAP Activate and Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Agile Leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
Drive Agile maturity, team velocity, and continuous improvement
Align Agile delivery with SAP Activate methodology
🔸 Delivery & Execution
Collaborate with Product Owners, SAP Functional Leads, Architects, and PMO
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
Support delivery across SAP modules like FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, TM, MDG, Integrations, Data Migration
🔸 S/4HANA Migration Support
Work across Explore, Prepare, Realize, Deploy phases
Coordinate testing cycles, mock runs, UAT, and cutover activities
Track migration risks, sprint progress, and release readiness
🔸 Stakeholder Management
Provide clear reporting to program leadership and stakeholders
Participate in Scrum of Scrums and governance forums
Key Skills & Experience:
10–12 years of IT experience with strong SAP program exposure
6–8 years in Agile/Scrum roles on SAP projects
Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation
Strong knowledge of:
SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation
SAP Activate methodology
Testing cycles, cutover & hypercare
Hands-on with JIRA, Agile tools, and collaboration platforms
Experience in large, multi-vendor, global SAP programs
Nice to Have:
Certifications: CSM / SAFe / PMI-ACP
SAP certifications (S/4HANA / Activate)
Experience in Scaled Agile (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums)
