Role: SAP Scrum Master
Location: Chennai
Experience: 10–12 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration programs.
You will drive Agile delivery across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring alignment, velocity, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives
Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum & SAP Activate methodology
Coach teams on Agile maturity & continuous improvement
Delivery & Execution
Work closely with Product Owners, SAP Leads & Architects
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks & impediments
Ensure alignment with program milestones & delivery timelines
S/4HANA Migration
Support end-to-end S/4HANA transformation lifecycle
Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover & hypercare phases
Track progress, risks & release readiness
Stakeholder Management
Provide clear reporting to leadership teams
Participate in Scrum of Scrums & governance forums
Communicate risks, dependencies & delivery status
Key Requirements
10–12 years of overall IT experience
6–8 years in Agile/Scrum roles within SAP projects
Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/migration
Strong understanding of:
SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation
SAP Activate methodology
Testing cycles, cutover & hypercare
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile tools & collaboration platforms
Ability to work across multiple SAP workstreams (FI/CO, SD, MM, EWM, TM, etc.)
Good to Have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / SAFe / PMI-ACP)
SAP S/4HANA / SAP Activate certification
Experience with global delivery & distributed teams
