Position : SAP Supply Chain AMS Delivery Manager

Budget: 28LPA-35 LPA (Including VP)
Location: Pan India - Hyderabad/Bangalore (preferred)

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing Application Management Services (AMS) delivery for SAP Supply Chain solutions, ensuring stable operations, SLA compliance, continuous service improvement, and business process support across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Inventory Management. 15+ years of SAP Delivery management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AMS support operations for SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and related integrations).
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change activities.
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and drive service excellence.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, support teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee release management, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage team capacity, resource planning, and delivery governance.
- Prepare operational reports and participate in steering committee reviews.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM, Logistics, and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in ITIL-based service management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
