About the role
As an AI Scientist Intern, you will be working on strategic SAP topics that helps in SAP's vision to embed Artificial Intelligence into SAP Enterprise Applications like S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors etc. As a member of Business AI Unit at SAP, you will have the opportunity to work in any of machine learning tasks like building foundation models for enterprise, work with large language models including fine tuning models, knowledge graphs, Natural Language Query processing with enterprise context or general NLP tasks. For this position, you will be working on generative AI foundations team and work on Agentic AI topics and fine tuning LLMs for enterprise needs.
