About the role
For 5-12 years
Should have strong BASIS fundamentals
Hand's on Experience in either upgrade (1-2) or implementation (1-2) of SAP Systems
Upgrade includes - Release upgrades
Implementations - Installation of HANA Databases , Applications - S4HANA , ERP , CRM etc
Migration experience is a must include - Backup/Restore or Export/Import (HSR would be a big plus)
Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations and/or large Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects etc.
Experience in Designing SAP System Landscape, Defining Implementation or Migration Strategies & Detailed Planning is big plus
Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations)
Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc. will be a big plus
Good knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BIGDATA, SDI , SLT , ILM)
Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer
Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines
A record of taking initiatives, driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively
Experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 setups for Technical Monitoring scenarios including BPM, Interface Monitoring
Experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Focused Build, Focused Run, Process & Project Management, Test Management, IT Service Management, Change Control Management etc.
Knowledge and understanding of CLOUD ALM will be a big plus
Own / Acquire relevant SAP Business AI skills to position / deliver SAP's AI offerings to our customers
Enhance adoption/ consumption of various SAP AI offerings in customer use cases
Additional Skillsets (One or more combination from the below)
Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Authorization & Authentication concepts & technologies and also of SAP GRC Suites of Products including AC, IDM etc, will be big plus
Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience of SAP Cloud Platform capabilities around Identity Authentication Services, Identity Provisioning Services etc. will be big plus
Knowledge and understanding IOT & Edge Technologies, BIGDATA, Machine Learning etc. will be big plus
Technical coding knowledge in Shell Scripts, SQL, JavaScript and any one of programming language like JAVA or Python is a big plus
