The SAP Academy for Customer Success program is an intensive and immersive learning experience focused on empowering individuals to become successful customer-facing professionals at SAP. This nine-month program combines classroom training, hands-on experience, and coaching to prepare participants for roles such as Account Executive, Solution Advisor, and Customer Success Manager. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including SAP's solutions and services, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and business acumen. Participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in their chosen career paths within the SAP ecosystem.
