Job details:
- 10 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Strong exposure to SAP CS (Customer Service) / Customer Experience processes
- Hands-on in Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Returns
- Experience in service orders, service contracts, and warranties (CS)
- Good knowledge of ECC & S/4HANA
- Integration with MM, FI, and CS modules
- Exposure to Fiori apps and support/implementation projects
- Ability to handle business requirements, configuration & client interaction
Must Have
- :SAP SD (core) + CS exposur
- eOTC + Service processe
- sECC / S4HAN
