Your future duties and responsibilities
Job Title: SAP Sales and Distribution Lead Analyst
Position:Lead Analyst
Experience : 8 to 12 Years
Mode of work :- Hybrid - 3 Days from office
Main location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad
Education :- BE/B.tech/ME/M.tech/BSC/BCA/MCA/MSC
Shift timing :- 3.30 PM to 12.30 AM
Key responsibility :-
An experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) Lead to drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, lead client workshops, manage SD workstreams, and ensure successful delivery across projects. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep configuration knowledge, and cross-module integration expertise.
🔹 Required Skills - Mandatory Skills :
- 8+ years of SAP SD experience
- Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations
- Experience in **SAP S/4HANA Sales preferred
- Strong pricing & configuration expertise
- Excellent client-facing communication
- Ability to lead workshops independently
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
🔹 Functional Leadership
- Lead SAP SD workstream in implementation or migration projects
- Conduct business requirement workshops
- Provide solution design & architecture for O2C processes
- Review and approve configuration & functional specs
- Ensure best practice adoption
🔹 Configuration & Design
- Enterprise Structure design
- Advanced Pricing Procedure configuration
- Output Management
- Credit Management
- Intercompany & Cross-company processes
- Third-party & STO scenarios
- Revenue recognition concepts (basic understanding)
🔹 Integration
- SD–FI (Revenue & Account Determination – VKOA)
- SD–MM (Delivery & Inventory integration)
- SD–PP (Make-to-Order scenarios)
- Integration with EDI / Interfaces
🔹 Project & Delivery Management
- Estimate effort & plan SD deliverables
- Manage offshore/onshore coordination
- Support SIT, UAT & Go-Live
- Risk & issue management
- Hypercare & stabilization support
🔹 Team Management
- Mentor junior & mid-level consultants
- Review RICEF functional specifications
- Support pre-sales & solution proposals
