Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SAC FP&A Consultant with 8+ years of overall experience in SAP Analytics and Financial Planning solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, FP&A processes, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and integration with SAP systems. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient planning and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP SAC Planning and FP&A solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAC models, stories, dashboards, and planning applications.
- Implement budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis solutions.
- Develop SAC data models, calculations, allocations, and business rules.
- Build management dashboards, KPI reports, and executive analytics.
- Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW, Datasphere, and other source systems.
- Work on data actions, multi-actions, calendar tasks, and predictive features in SAC.
- Support financial consolidation and driver-based planning scenarios.
- Optimize SAC performance and troubleshoot planning/reporting issues.
- Collaborate with finance and business users during UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide best practices and recommendations for SAC architecture and planning design.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience with strong exposure to FP&A processes.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.

- SAP Datasphere
- Knowledge of financial statements, management reporting, and planning cycles.
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodology.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP BPC or SAP BW.
- Exposure to predictive planning and AI capabilities in SAC.
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
- SAP SAC Planning certification preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP SAC certification is an added advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in global support and implementation projects.
- Exposure to complex SAC planning environments and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Ability to work independently with client stakeholders and leadership teams.
