Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Brazilian localization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing and implementing tax-related changes, ensuring compliance with evolving fiscal regulations, and supporting end-to-end SAP finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the impact of new tax models (IVA Dual / CBS) on SAP FI processes
- Redesign tax postings, accounting schemas, and financial workflows
- Support the development and enhancement of fiscal reports, including SPED adjustments
- Collaborate with SD/MM teams to ensure accurate tax determination and integration
- Evaluate and redesign posting logic impacted by new tax regulations
- Lead functional testing cycles and validate new fiscal scenarios
- Support Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases of SAP implementation projects
- Provide end-user training and prepare functional documentation
Key Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Tax)
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian localization, including:
- Tax calculation
- SPED
- Fiscal postings
- DRC / TDF
- Proven experience in projects involving legal or fiscal changes
- Hands-on experience with FI integration with SD/MM modules (tax flows)
- Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign finance processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- Exposure to global or multinational environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
