SAP S&A / GRC Consultant Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & Authorization (S&A) / GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA security architecture, authorization management, and GRC Access Control. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure SAP environments while ensuring compliance, governance, and efficient access management across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities SAP Security & Authorization
- Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles including single, composite, and derived roles using PFCG.
- Manage authorization concepts across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW environments.
- Configure and maintain organizational level security and authorization objects.
- Implement and manage SU24 authorization defaults and role optimization.
SAP Fiori Security
- Configure and manage SAP Fiori catalogs, groups, business roles, and spaces/pages.
- Handle OData service authorizations and Fiori launchpad security configurations.
- Support Fiori application access and security troubleshooting.
User Administration & Access Management
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments using SU01, SUIM, and related tools.
- Conduct access reviews and ensure appropriate user access governance.
- Maintain user lifecycle management and authorization compliance.
GRC & Compliance
- Work on SAP GRC Access Control processes including Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis.
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives aligned with standards such as SOX and GDPR.
- Perform role remediation and access risk mitigation activities.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Analyze and resolve authorization-related issues using tools like SU53, ST01, and authorization trace analysis.
- Support production issues, system audits, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with BASIS, functional, and development teams for issue resolution.
S/4HANA Migration & Transformation
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade, migration, and transformation projects.
- Optimize and remediate legacy roles for compatibility with modern S/4HANA authorization frameworks.
- Ensure security best practices during system conversion initiatives.
