Role Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Trainer for a contract role located on-site in Vadodara. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training sessions, creating and organizing training materials, and addressing the diverse learning needs of participants. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design effective training strategies, support learners during their development, and evaluate training outcomes for continuous improvement. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in fostering the knowledge and technical proficiency of participants in SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA functionalities and modules with hands-on experience
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and effective presentation techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants of varying skill levels
- Experience in customizing training materials and assessments to address different learning requirements
- Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems for training delivery
- Ability to provide real-world examples and hands-on case studies to enhance learning
- Previous experience as an SAP trainer or relevant certification is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
