Position: SAP Cloud Transformation Consultant Architect
Type: Full-time
Compensation: As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience
Required Experience: 8 10+ Years in SAP consulting with a strong focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Working Days: Hybrid WFH (Selected candidates will need to travel to Jaipur for a 2 3 week onsite assessment)
Location: Any Location in India
Role Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive assessments of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud processes, controls, configurations, and integrations.
- Analyze current-state implementation maturity against business processes and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify functional, technical, process, reporting, and master data gaps.
- Review workflows, interfaces, automation opportunities, and reporting challenges.
- Define stabilization, recovery, and implementation completion roadmaps.
- Recommend process optimization, control improvements, and remediation plans.
- Validate SAP FICO & MM configurations, integrations, and reporting structures.
- Support remediation of master data quality and structural issues.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners.
- Drive implementation stabilization, business adoption, and Go-Live re-adoption support.
- Provide functional guidance, user support, training, and hypercare assistance.
- Assist in defining the future-state operating model, transformation roadmap, and required skillsets.
Requirements
- 8 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Deep expertise in SAP FICO and MM modules configuration, integration, and reporting.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation assessments, gap analysis, and stabilization projects.
- Strong understanding of business process design, master data management, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Ability to define and execute transformation roadmaps and future-state operating models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Go-Live support, hypercare, and business adoption programs is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Jaipur for a 2 3 week onsite assessment when required.
