Role Description
Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Service Transformation Lead (CS Migration) 🚨
📍 Location: Essen, Germany (Hybrid)
💼 Contract Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Transformation Lead to drive the migration from SAP CS (Customer Service) to SAP S/4HANA Service for a leading enterprise in Germany.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the assessment of existing SAP CS processes and design the future-state SAP S/4HANA Service solution.
✅ Perform Fit-Gap analysis covering:
Service Orders
Service Contracts
Warranty Management
In-house Repair
Resource-related Billing
✅ Define migration strategy, including:
Configuration changes
Data migration approach
Integration impacts across SAP SD, PM, FI/CO & SAP FSM
✅ Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
✅ Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test cases.
✅ Support UAT, Hypercare, and solution deployment.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
🎯 Required Experience
✔️ 8+ years of SAP experience.
✔️ 3+ end-to-end SAP implementations involving SAP CS or SAP S/4HANA Service.
✔️ Strong expertise in SAP CS (SD-CS).
✔️ Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
✔️ Proven experience in SAP CS to SAP S/4HANA Service migration.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Fit-Gap analysis, blueprinting, and functional documentation.
✔️ Integration experience with SAP SD, PM, FI/CO, and SAP FSM.
✔️ Experience leading assessment and blueprint workshops.
🌟 Nice to Have
⭐ Experience in Utilities, Energy, or Asset-Intensive industries.
⭐ SAP Certified Application Associate – Service.
⭐ SAP S/4HANA Service Certification.
🌍 Language Requirements
🇬🇧 English – Professional/Fluent (Mandatory)
🇩🇪 German – B2 or above (Mandatory)
