Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities – SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant
- Review and analyze existing SAP S/4HANA FICO configurations and end-to-end business processes.
- Design, implement, and deliver system enhancements, optimizations, and approved change requests.
- Conduct detailed impact analysis for new business, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance and support core Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- VAT
- Treasury
- Optimize financial close, reconciliation, and statutory reporting processes.
- Implement and enhance UAE VAT configurations in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Support E-Invoicing enhancements, compliance updates, validations, and integration with OneSource.
- Enhance Treasury and Cash Management functionalities, including BCM and Funds Availability Control.
- Support enhancements in Funds Management covering budgeting, commitments, and actuals.
- Collaborate closely with MM, SD, Procurement (JAGGAER), ASP vendors, and technical teams.
- Support integrations across P2P, O2C, E-Invoicing, and related upstream/downstream systems.
- Prepare high-quality functional specifications for technical developments (WRICEF objects).
- Lead and support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support cutover and post-go-live activities related to system enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, with working knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) under SAP ecosystem.
- Proven experience delivering enhancement- and change request–based projects within the UAE.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate and Asset Management domain.
- Strong expertise in UAE VAT, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Treasury, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Funds Management.
- Solid integration knowledge of REFX, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
