TCS is hiring for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Finance - Cost Management & Profitability Analysis(FICO)
Exp: 8+ years only
Location: Bengaluru
- Should have excellent functional skill e.g. Configuration and training skills in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting, IOs and WBS, Document Splitting.
Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules to meet business requirements. The role involves end-to-end financial process mapping, system customization, integration with other SAP modules, and providing functional support during implementation and post-go-live.
- Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Handle issue resolution, system testing, and enhancements.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and business processes
- Understanding of accounting principles and controlling concepts
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
