We are looking for skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Consultants across multiple functional and technical modules to join a global team delivering a multi-year S/4HANA transformation program for a reputed international client.
This is a fully remote, freelance opportunity, ideal for consultants who want to work on large-scale enterprise transformations, contribute across modules, and gain deep exposure to global S/4HANA implementations.

🔹 Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)
🔹 Duration: Multi-year engagement (Initial contract of 12 months, with strong extension potential)
🔹 Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeks
Open Modules / Areas
We are hiring consultants across the following SAP S/4HANA modules:
- Finance: SAP FI, SAP CO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
- Supply Chain & Logistics: SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP EWM, SAP TM
- Asset Management: SAP PM / SAP EAM
- Procurement & Supplier Management: SAP Ariba
- Planning & Analytics: SAP IBP, SAP BW/4HANA, SAC
- Human Capital Management: SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors
- Technology & Integration: ABAP, CPI, Integration Suite, BTP
- Other Areas: SCM (cross-functional supply chain roles)
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, or develop solutions within your respective S/4HANA module(s)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional or technical designs
- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across modules
- Work on cross-module integrations (e.g., MM–FI, SD–FI, PP–MM, EWM–TM, etc.)
- Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT) and resolve issues
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for enhancements and integrations
- Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and S/4HANA design principles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP, with exposure to S/4HANA (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in at least one core SAP module (as listed above)
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support project
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions (Brownfield / Greenfield)
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes
- Exposure to integration technologies (APIs, CPI, IDocs, etc.)
- Familiarity with Fiori, embedded analytics, or cloud extensions (BTP)
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, or Logistics
