Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Experience: 3–9 Years

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement projects in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and manage core finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Support financial closing processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Perform system configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
Ensure proper integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and CO.
Handle data migration and reconciliation activities during implementation projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
Maintain proper documentation and process flows.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI module).
Minimum 1.5+ years of S/4HANA Finance implementation experience (mandatory).
Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
Knowledge of financial reporting and closing processes.
Experience in integration with MM, SD, and Controlling (CO).
Understanding of data migration tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have

Experience in S/4HANA Central Finance.
Knowledge of Fiori apps for Finance.
Exposure to Group Reporting / FSCM.
Familiarity with SAP BTP integrations.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
