We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Basis Consultant to manage the technical landscape of SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and related components
- Perform system upgrades, migrations, and conversions (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage SAP transports, clients, and system refresh activities
- Administer SAP HANA databases (backup, recovery, tuning)
- Ensure system security, user administration, and compliance
- Support high availability and disaster recovery setups
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in SAP Basis administration in S/4HANA environments
- Hands-on expertise with SAP HANA database management
- Experience with system installation, upgrades, and migrations
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, transport management, and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Understanding of OS (Linux/Unix/Windows) and database concepts
