Job Title: SAP REFX Senior Consultant

About the Role
Implement and configure SAP RE-FX modules for real estate contract and lease management.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes including contract creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Integrate RE-FX with FI/CO for accurate financial postings and reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and support.
- Knowledge of integration with FI/CO, Asset Accounting, and Real Estate Portfolio Management.
- Experience with IFRS16/ASC842 compliance in lease accounting.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes in real estate management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules is a plus.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and support.
SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules is a plus.
