We’re Hiring: SAP Recruiter (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on experience in US staffing to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of requirements, and deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in SAP recruitment
✔️ Strong experience working on W2, roles
✔️ Hands-on sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and internal databases
✔️ Strong understanding of US visa types, tax terms, and compliance
✔️ Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
✔️ Comfortable handling multiple requirements with minimal supervision
