SAP Recruiter / SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP-related roles across various modules and technologies. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and hiring SAP professionals for implementation, support, rollout, migration, and consulting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for SAP positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates based on SAP modules, certifications, project experience, and domain expertise.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and SAP consultants.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate compensation and support offer rollouts.
- Build pipelines for niche SAP skills and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of IT recruitment experience with strong focus on SAP hiring.
- Understanding of SAP modules, project lifecycle, and implementation terminology.
- Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for global SAP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP certifications and consulting structures.
- Prior experience with contract and permanent staffing.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
