SAP Recruiter (Capgemini Client Experience Preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP Recruiter with proven experience in hiring SAP professionals across various modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, etc.). Candidates who have worked on SAP hiring for Capgemini (directly or via vendor/staffing firms) will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles (functional technical)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on SAP module expertise and project experience
• Understand client requirements, especially for Capgemini projects or similar global delivery models
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding process
• Maintain a pipeline of SAP consultants (S/4HANA preferred)
• Ensure quick turnaround time for contract and permanent SAP roles
  
  

Required Skills

• 2-6+ years of experience in IT recruitment with focus on SAP hiring
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, etc.)
• Experience using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search
• Ability to assess candidates based on project experience (implementation/support/rollout)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Experience hiring for Capgemini projects/clients
• Prior exposure to SAP hiring within Capgemini or through vendors supporting Capgemini
• Understanding of Capgemini hiring standards and delivery structure
• Experience in hiring for S/4HANA projects
• Familiarity with contract staffing and vendor management
