ey Responsibilities:
- Source and identify SAP professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Work on requirements across SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, etc.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR/technical discussions
- Understand job requirements and match candidates based on technical skills and experience
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS systems regularly
- Build and maintain a strong network of SAP professionals
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search techniques
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
