Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP professionals across various SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with SAP hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Recruit for SAP modules such as ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW/HANA, and S/4HANA.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on SAP hiring.
- Good understanding of SAP modules and implementation/support projects.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in hiring for domestic and/or international SAP projects is an added advantage.
