Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years of IT recruitment experience with strong SAP hiring exposure.
- Experience hiring for SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.
- Good understanding of SAP technical and functional modules.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience in contract and permanent hiring.
- Exposure to client-facing recruitment.
- Knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools.
- Experience handling niche SAP requirements.
