Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP Quality Management (QM) processes
- Work on inspection planning, inspection types, inspection lots, and results recording
- Manage quality notifications, defects handling, and corrective actions
- Integrate QM with PP (production processes) and MM (procurement & inventory)
- Define and maintain quality control plans, sampling procedures, and master data
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and production support
- Perform system testing, user training, and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing SAP QM processes
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM module
- Good knowledge of:
- Inspection Processes (Incoming, In-process, Final Inspection)
- Quality Notifications & Audit Management
- Sampling Procedures & Inspection Methods
- Solid understanding of integration with:
- SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management)
- SAP PP (Production Planning & Execution)
- Experience in master data configuration (Material Master, Inspection Plans, MICs)
- Knowledge of batch management and traceability
- Strong debugging and issue resolution skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of Quality Certificates, Vendor Evaluation, and Compliance processes
- Exposure to SAP EWM or WM integration
- Familiarity with interfaces and reporting tools
