As a SAP PS - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities
- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
- Coordinating supply chain management activities, including demand forecasting and inventory management
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for service excellence
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Configuring SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM modules for clients
- Conducting user training on SAP S/4HANA PS
Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations
At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting
- Developing skills in demand forecasting and inventory management
