Job Title: SAP PS Consultant (S/4HANA)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge in SAP PS along with integration exposure to FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and CATS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PS implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
- Configure SAP PS components including:
- Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
- Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Scheduling
- Revenue Planning, Milestone Billing, Results Analysis (POC/CCM)
- Settlement and Project Logistics (Procurement, MRP)
- Handle integration with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and CATS
- Prepare functional design documents (FSD), test cases, and conduct FUT, SIT, and UAT
- Support data migration activities (LSMW/LTMC) for PS objects
- Manage cutover planning and go-live activities
- Provide production support, resolve tickets, and handle change requests (CRs)
- Work on RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements
- Conduct end-user training and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS (Project Systems)
- Experience in S/4HANA (1909 or higher) implementations
- Good knowledge of:
- Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) scenarios
- Results Analysis (RA), Settlement, and Revenue Recognition
- Cross Application Timesheet (CATS)
- Integration experience with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP modules
- Experience in data migration and cutover activities
- Strong understanding of ASAP/Activate methodology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in global rollout projects (APAC/EMEA regions)
- Exposure to IFRS 15 / SAP RAR
- Experience in custom developments and enhancements (RICEFW)
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Project Systems
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Management
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- Exposure to legacy data migration tools and strategies
- Ability to work independently and lead modules
