Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and support for SAP FICO + PS + Costing stream in implementation and AMS engagements.
- Design integrated finance and project cost structures aligned to client business needs, covering investment projects, internal orders, and cost centers.
- Configure:
- FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting).
- CO modules (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
- PS modules (Project Definition, WBS, Budgeting, Settlement).
- Integrate PS with FICO and MM for end‑to‑end cost and revenue tracking.
- Support standard Costing Run / KKS, CKMLCP processes.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Finance Leads on cashflow and financial posting alignment.
- Prepare functional specification documents, unit testing, and training materials following Syntax delivery methodology.
- Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, SIT, UAT, and support Go‑Live activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and proactive issue resolution.
📚 Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling (FICO), Project Systems, and Product Costing integration.
- Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (2020 or above).
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end process flows – from budgeting to settlement and reporting.
- Familiar with Controlling objects, cost flow between FI–CO–PS, and Material Ledger.
- Exposure to Treasury / Cash Management processes is a plus.
- Strong documentation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead independent workstreams and coordinate with cross‑functional teams globally.
