Job Summary
The SAP PS Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project System (PS) solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. The role will focus on project planning, budgeting, cost control, resource management, project execution, revenue recognition, capital project management, and integration with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Asset Management processes.

- Be willing to work from the client location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, as this is a 100% client-facing onsite role.
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project System (PS) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Asset Management modules.
- Support project planning, budgeting, cost control, project execution, settlement, and reporting activities within SAP S/4HANA.
Professional & Technical Skills
The candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- SAP Project System (PS) Solution Design
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Project Structure Design
- Budgeting & Cost Control Framework
- Project Accounting & Settlement Design
- Functional Specifications Preparation
- Test Script Creation & UAT Support/Sign-off
- Data Migration Strategy
- Cutover & Go-Live Planning
- User Training & Knowledge Transfer Documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- At least 5+ years of relevant SAP PS implementation/support experience.
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Project System implementations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
