Are you an experienced SAP leader who excels at both delivering complex S/4HANA projects and driving enterprise-wide user adoption?
GM Modular, a leading Indian manufacturer of modular switches, LED lighting, fans, wires & cables, and home automation solutions, is accelerating its digital transformation journey on SAP S/4HANA on RISE.
We are seeking a dual-hatted SAP Project Manager & Change Management Lead to own end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, including Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP) — while ensuring >90% adoption across 500–900+ users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership (60%): Own charter, scope, WBS, Agile-Hybrid execution (JIRA/MS-Project), testing, cutover, go-live with zero P1 incidents post-launch
- Change Management (40%): Build & execute ADKAR/Prosci OCM strategy, impact assessments, multi-channel training, super-user networks, adoption analytics (Fiori/WalkMe), sustainment plans
- Team & Governance: Lead 4–10 member blended teams, define RACI, run SteerCo meetings, manage SI SLAs & risks
- Value Delivery: Track & report hard benefits at 3/6/12 months; transition to AMS with runbooks & dashboards
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- Implementations of EWM (Embedded/Decentralised) and/or IBP and/or DDMRP
- 1+ India-specific rollout (multi-DC, 3PL, GST, e-Waybill compliance)
- Proven leadership for 500+ users with >90% adoption in 90 days (Prosci ADKAR experience preferred)
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA core, TM, Logistics, interfaces (CPI/MuleSoft), data migration (LTMC/Syniti)
- Agile/Scrum methodology (PSM I / SAFe desirable); tools like SolMan 7.2, Focused Build, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience managing multi-vendor teams & projects > INR 1 Cr
Desirable:
- SAP Certifications: S/4HANA on RISE, IBP for Supply Chain
- Prosci / APMG Change Management, PMP / PRINCE2
- Exposure to Power BI, Signavio, Celonis, and Tableau
Qualifications: BE/B. Tech + MBA (Supply Chain / IT / Organisational Behaviour) preferred
