Job Description – SAP Project Manager
Position: SAP Project Manager
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Remote / Singapore
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills to successfully drive SAP projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and support projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including functional and technical SAP consultants.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and project objectives.
- Manage project documentation, change requests, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
- Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other SAP solutions.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAP certifications are preferred.
