Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Project Manager, based in Bengaluru South with some work-from-home flexibility. The SAP Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of SAP projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and ensuring adherence to SAP methodologies. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving project challenges, managing budgets, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP project management methodologies
- Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and project scheduling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and maintain high productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certification preferred
