Role Description
SAP Project Manager
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Mumbai Onsite

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience to lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on exposure to SAP project delivery. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project status reviews and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution alignment.
- Ensure smooth coordination during UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management across teams.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and SAP best practices.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
- Strong experience in managing SAP implementation / rollout / upgrade projects.
- Exposure to SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, S/4HANA (functional understanding preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in project planning tools like MS Project / JIRA / SAP Solution Manager.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification (preferred).
- PMP / Prince2 certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with S/4HANA migration / transformation projects is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SAP Project Management and Project Implementation
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Business Processes
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Plant Maintenance modules
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving to achieve project goals
- Relevant certifications in SAP or project management are highly desirable
- Experience in large-scale enterprise technology implementations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
