Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – Mandatory 10 days work from office per month)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who has successfully managed multiple SAP implementation and support projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional SAP consulting background along with proven expertise in project governance, budgeting, commercials, stakeholder management, and resource planning.
The candidate must be PMP certified and capable of handling end-to-end SAP project delivery while ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple SAP projects simultaneously.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within timelines and budget.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams, and leadership teams.
- Handle project commercials, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
- Manage resource allocation, utilization, and project staffing requirements.
- Participate in RFP responses, solution discussions, estimation, and proposal planning.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and risk management processes.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Conduct client meetings, status reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution and delivery.
- Support presales and business growth initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing multiple SAP projects.
- Prior experience working as an SAP Functional Consultant is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation and support lifecycle.
- Experience in handling commercials, budgeting, project margins, and financial planning.
- Expertise in resource allocation and team management.
- Experience in RFP management, estimation, and proposal creation.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in hybrid/global delivery environments.

- Candidate must be comfortable attending the Bengaluru office for at least 10 days every month.
