Role Description The SAP Project Lead/Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing SAP solution design, configuration, and implementation. The SAP Project Lead/Manager works closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, define requirements, mitigate risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves monitoring project performance, preparing status reports, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in SAP Project Management, including end-to-end project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, identify risks, and recommend effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes and their integration within SAP, including configuration and support of related modules.
- Expertise in Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Project Implementation, including system testing, user training, go-live support, and post-implementation review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP or project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in consulting or working with clients in industries such as retail, banking, utilities, automotive, or chemicals is an advantage.
