Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven SAP Pre-Sales Manager / Inside Sales with a strong focus on lead generation and partner outreach.
This is not a traditional RFP/RFI or solutioning role.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and build relationships with SAP implementation partners, generate qualified leads, and create a strong sales pipeline for our SAP staffing and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to SAP implementation partners across the US
- Drive aggressive outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls and service demos
- Clearly articulate RS Integrators’ SAP staffing and consultant enablement offerings
- Collaborate with internal delivery and bench sales teams to align on requirements
- Track outreach, pipeline, and conversion metrics consistently
What This Role Is NOT
- No involvement in RFP/RFI responses
- No heavy solution architecture or technical design ownership
- No passive or inbound-only sales approach
This is a pure outbound, pipeline-building role.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience in SAP ecosystem (staffing, consulting, or partner sales)
- Proven experience in lead generation / business development / account acquisition
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation partners and consulting landscape
- Experience conducting client-facing calls and service presentations
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold engagement strategies
