Job Title: SAP Practice Lead

Experience: 15-22 years
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic SAP Practice Head to lead and scale our SAP business across delivery, capability development, customer engagement, and growth initiatives. This role will serve as the organization’s primary SAP leader and trusted advisor for customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP functional and delivery expertise with the ability to build high-performing teams, drive practice growth, establish customer confidence, and create differentiated SAP offerings. Exposure to SAP ecosystem relationships, including engagement with SAP leadership and partner channels, will be a significant advantage.
SAP Practice Leadership
•Serve as the organization’s go-to leader for all SAP-related initiatives, strategy, delivery, and capability development.
•Define and drive the overall SAP practice vision, roadmap, and growth strategy.
•Build scalable SAP delivery, consulting, and support capabilities across multiple SAP domains.
•Establish governance, delivery excellence, quality frameworks, and best practices across SAP engagements.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
•Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders on SAP transformation programs.
•Lead customer discussions, solution workshops, strategic reviews, and executive presentations.
•Build long-term customer relationships and drive high customer satisfaction.
•Support large pursuits, solutioning, proposals, and transformation discussions.
Capability & Team Building
•Build, mentor, and scale high-performing SAP consulting and delivery teams.
•Develop future-ready capabilities across SAP functional, technical, integration, analytics, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions.
•Drive competency development, certifications, leadership grooming, and succession planning.
•Define sourcing and talent strategies to support growth and delivery excellence.

•Demonstrate strong understanding across multiple SAP areas including:

oSupply Chain / Manufacturing

•Collaborate across delivery, presales, architecture, and operations teams.
Growth & Business Development
•Drive SAP practice growth through new logos, account mining, and strategic initiatives.
•Identify emerging market trends and build differentiated SAP offerings and accelerators.
•Support revenue growth, margin optimization, and practice profitability.
•Contribute to alliances, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.
SAP Ecosystem & Relationship Management
•Build and nurture relationships within the SAP ecosystem including SAP leadership, partners, hyperscale’s, and strategic alliances.
•Exposure to SAP relationship management and partner engagement will be a strong advantage.
•Represent the organization in SAP forums, customer events, and industry discussions.
